  2. When it's time for the meeting, make sure you're connected to reliable wi-fi, and your phone has plenty of juice.

  3. Log-in to the meeting. Keep an extra flashlight and a tape measure nearby in case we need it.

  4. Our dedicated technicians guide you step-by-step through the virtual estimate. By the time we're done, we'll provide concrete next steps.

 
 

Checklist before we arrive at your location:

  1. Make sure the service area is accessible so that we can serve you efficiently.

  2. Before we arrive, you'll receive a text from your dedicated technician with their ETA, and a phone number in case you need to contact them or reschedule.

  3. Make sure key decision makers are present to explain the situation. If you know the history of your plumbing, heating or sewage needs, it'll help us pin down the problem and provide the most cost effective solutions.

  4. Our dedicated technicians thoroughly asses your unique needs. By the time they leave you'll know what the problem is, how much it will cost, and how long it will take to fix it.
